What is BSA iFirm Portal
Simply put our online portal system is a secure way for you to send us documents and for us to send you documents. It also serves as a way for our clients to sign off on documents and tax forms in a secure way that is also acceptable to Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
CRA mandates that we can no longer accept facsimile, scanned, or photos of signatures on tax forms. The only acceptable remote signature is that of an e-signature. Our online portal system is facilitated through Wolters Kluwer iFirm infrastructure and is safe and secure. The digital signatures are facilitated through Docusign.
Documents on BSA Portal can be left in place and provides a secure way to manage your important documents. You may also download the documents to your computer or other device while keeping a copy on the portal.
Personal tax clients may send some or all of their documents to our offices using the portal. Corporate clients may also send and receive documents via the portal.
This page will provide instructions and videos on how to use our online portal system. We encourage all of our clients to use our online portal system to their comfort level.
Clients still wishing to attend our offices to drop off, pick up, or sign paperwork may still do so whether they register for our portal or not.
